The Learning Centre is currently only used by booked in classes for ICT or Media Studies
Sixth Formers have access to a trolley of Chromebooks in Study if they have not signed up to the Bring your Own Device scheme.
Before COVID the Learning Centre was open at lunchtime and after school to 4:25 for use by pupils needing to do school work on the workstations or for printing school work.
Opening Times:
Monday to Friday lunchtime: 12:50pm – 1.40pm
Monday to Friday after school: 3.30pm – 4.25pm
Notes:
• From time to time the Learning Centre is used to hold events or exams during these times the Learning Centre will be closed – see door notices and notices on the TV screens
• The Learning Centre may be not always be open at the times given above
Sixth Form Instructions for booking Learning Centre seats:
Sixth Formers access the booking system via http://strathearnschool.org/booking/ or use the booking computers in Study or the Learning Centre to book a free seat on the day.
