Strathearn in the Community

Strathearn School values strong partnerships with parents, pupils, staff, governors and the wider community. Open and effective communication helps ensure that the school community remains connected, informed and engaged in school life.

Through regular updates, newsletters, social media and community events, the School celebrates pupil achievements, shares important information and promotes opportunities for involvement across all areas of school life.

Service to others is an important part of the Strathearn ethos. Throughout the year, pupils and staff actively support a wide range of local, national and international charities through fundraising events, collections and community initiatives. Donations of goods and groceries are regularly organised in support of organisations such as The Storehouse.

Each House within the School is linked to a dedicated charity, with pupils taking a leading role in organising and participating in House fundraising activities and events. These experiences encourage compassion, leadership and social responsibility, while strengthening connections with the wider community.
