Well done to the Bar Mock Trial team for representing the school at the Young Citizens Bar Mock Trial competition, which was held in the Royal Courts of Justice last weekend. The pupils prepared two cases, and took on the roles of Barristers and court staff, as well as witnesses and jurors. The standard of the competition was extremely high and the team's performances in court, in front of real legal experts, and against teams from other schools, were excellent. Thanks to the organisers of the competition, the judges of the rounds and to the volunteer barrister mentors who kindly shared their expertise to help the team get ready for Saturday's heat. Thanks also to Ms Stevenson and Dr Haire for their efforts in supporting the girls to enter this prestigious competition.
