Religious Studies AS Level
AS level candidates will study two modules:
1) The Gospel of Luke – a textual study looking at the background to the gospel (authorship, dating, purposes, etc.) before going on to anayise selected texts from the gospel in detail.
2) Early Church History – a study of the beginnings of the Christian Church in the first two centuries.
Candidates will also complete a piece of Coursework worth 40% of the final AS grade.
